BOOKINGS ARE ESSENTIAL! QUITE A FEW OF OUR CLASSES FILL UP EACH WEEK, SO YOU NEED TO BOOK IN ADVANCE TO SECURE YOUR SPOT.

WHAT'S YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
CLASS BOOKINGS CAN BE CANCELLED UP TO 12 HOURS BEFORE THE SCHEDULED START TIME OF THAT CLASS WITHOUT THE DEDUCTION OF A CLASS CREDIT FROM YOUR ACCOUNT OR ANY CANCELLATION FEE.
IF YOU CHOOSE TO CANCEL A CLASS WITHIN 12 HOURS OF THE SCHEDULED START, OR YOU DO NOT ATTEND, YOU WILL HAVE ONE CLASS CREDIT DEDUCTED FROM YOUR ACCOUNT.
ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE THROUGH THE MOMENCE BOOKING SYSTEM.

HOW DO THE CLASS PACKS WORK?
YOU CAN BUY A CLASS PACK AND THIS WILL GIVE YOU ACCESS TO ANY OF THE IN-PERSON CLASSES ON OUR SCHEDULE. THIS PROVIDES YOU WITH THE FLEXIBILITY TO COME AT DIFFERENT TIMES OR DAYS EACH WEEK, DEPENDING ON YOUR WORK/STUDY/SOCIAL SCHEDULE. PLEASE CHECK HOW LONG EACH PACK IS VALID FOR WHEN BOOKING.

HOW DOES THE WAITLIST WORK?
MAKE SURE YOU ALWAYS JOIN THE WAITLIST FOR FULL CLASSES. THE LIKELIHOOD OF SOMEONE CANCELLING, AND YOU BEING ADDED TO THE CLASS, IS VERY HIGH. JUST MAKE SURE YOU’VE GOT YOUR ALARM SET AND YOU’RE READY FOR THE CALL UP. IF YOU GET ADDED FROM THE WAITLIST, BUT FAIL TO ATTEND THE CLASS, YOU WILL LOSE THAT CLASS CREDIT.

WHEN CAN I JOIN?
YOU MUST BE AT LEAST SIX WEEKS POSTPARTUM AND BE CLEARED FOR EXERCISE BY YOUR CARE PROVIDER. YOU’LL BE SENT AN EMAIL WITH A FORM TO FILL OUT AS SOON AS YOU BOOK. MAKE SURE YOU FILL THAT OUT ASAP!

WHAT DO I BRING?
ANYTHING TO HELP KEEP YOUR BABY HAPPY AND ENTERTAINED! THEY’RE WELCOME TO STAY IN THEIR PRAM IF THEY’RE ASLEEP, OR YOU CAN BYO PLAY MAT OR BOUNCER FOR THEM TO SIT ON.

DO I HAVE TO BRING MY BABY?
NOPE, IF YOU’VE GOT SOMEONE WHO CAN LOOK AFTER THEM AT HOME, YOU’RE MORE THAN WELCOME TO COME FOR AN HOUR OF YOU-TIME.

MY BABY CRIES LOTS... SOMETIMES I HAVE TO FEED THEM... IS THAT OK?
OF COURSE, BABIES CRY, THAT’S WHAT THEY DO BEST.
WE’RE ALL MUMS IN THIS CLASS, SO WE UNDERSTAND. NO ONE WILL BE ANNOYED IF YOUR BABY CRIES. YOU CAN DIP IN AND OUT OF THE EXERCISE IF YOUR BABY NEEDS SOOTHING. I’LL ALSO HELP CALM THEM IF I CAN.

MY BABY IS ON THE MOVE, ARE THEY TOO OLD TO COME ALONG?
UNFORTUNATELY, IF YOUR BABY HAS STARTED ROAMING AROUND, AND IS ABLE TO CRAWL OR WALK THEMSELVES AWAY FROM ARMS REACH, THEN WE’LL HAVE TO GRADUATE YOU TO ONE OF OUR OTHER CLASSES.

THERE WERE SOME INTERVENTIONS DURING THE BIRTH AND I’M WORRIED ABOUT HOW THAT WILL IMPACT ON ME EXERCISING?
YOU’VE COME TO THE RIGHT PLACE. I HAVE SPECIFIC TRAINING IN POST-NATAL PILATES AND AM HERE TO HELP YOU SAFELY RETURN TO EXERCISE. THE FOCUS OF THIS CLASS IS TO HELP YOUR BODY RECOVER FROM PREGNANCY AND BIRTH. I’M HAPPY TO WORK ALONGSIDE YOUR WOMEN’S HEALTH PHYSIO TO SUPPORT YOU IN DOING ANY EXERCISES THEY MAY HAVE PRESCRIBED.
