A dynamic and progressive Pilates class for all levels with a focus on strengthening and lengthening.

Come along if you feel the urge to get sweaty, laugh with others (and at yourself), and listen to some good beats.

This class is not suitable for people with significant injuries or health conditions.

FAST

A 40 minute high intensity workout. A sweaty fusion of pilates and barre.

Expect to get your heart racing and your body shaking.

Not suitable for people who are pregnant, newly postpartum or with significant injuries.

BEND

Experience the invigorating flow of our dynamic vinyasa class as you move seamlessly from one energising pose to the next.

Connect your breath with each movement as you build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness.

You’ll leave feeling like you’ve had a good ol’ workout, don’t you worry about that.

Not suitable for people who are pregnant, newly postpartum or with significant injuries.

SCULPT

A strength circuit class designed to challenge and boost your overall strength.

You’ll be using equipment like dumbbells, kettlebells, and medicine balls.

We'll aim to build muscle along with a few cheeky exercises thrown in to get that heart of yours pumping.

This class is suitable for all fitness levels as long as you're free of any major injuries.

PUMP

45 minutes of heart pumping, high intensity goodness. A mix-up of exercises designed to keep your heart rate up, and those lungs of yours working hard.

Wear/bring trainers to this class to protect your feet!

Not suitable for people who are pregnant, newly postpartum or with significant injuries.

BUBS

A class for women to return to exercising safely in a supportive environment. You must be at least 6 weeks postpartum and have been signed off by your GP/Care Provider to join this class.

Seeing a women's health physio prior to returning to exercise is highly recommended. Bring along your bub and a mat/bouncer for them to play in whilst you exercise.

This class is for mums who are recently postpartum, therefore if your bub is on the move, we recommend you level up to one of our regular classes!

MELT

Melt and soften your muscles during this slow-paced stretch session. We'll help you release any tension and down-regulate your nervous system. You'll leave feeling longer and calmer.
