LOU DAVIES

BAppSc Occupational Therapy
APPI Certified Clinical Pilates Instructor
Ante-natal Pilates Instructor

Lou brings a fresh and different take on the pilates you’re used to. She has a background in Occupational Therapy, is a former elite athlete, a mum, and has trained in Clinical, Pregnancy and Post-Natal Pilates.

Lou has a knack for making you feel comfortable and helping you to challenge yourself to reach your goals, whether they be fitness, rehab or wellbeing related. You can expect to come away feeling stronger, probably quite sweaty, and most importantly with a big smile on your face.

Lou makes sure no one takes themselves too seriously, helping you to laugh away that painful pilates burn that we all love. As long as you’re moving your body and doing what feels good, that’s all that matters.

KATIE SILVER

On the mat, Katie is a 400hrs qualified yoga teacher. Has been teaching for eight years and practicing for even longer. She first found yoga to gain flexibility and relieve the stresses of a hectic city working lifestyle in London.

Out of her self practice grew a love of dynamic vinyasa flow, which is reflected in her teaching. A strong asana practice dedicated to building strength and flexibility, her classes also encourage focus and presence on the mat.

Trained in Hatha, Vinyasa, Hot, Yin (and Children's yoga!), Katie teaches a variety of styles for power, restorative and mindfulness classes. Look forward to creative sequences, opportunities to challenge yourself while leaving your stresses at the door. Open to all abilities, most importantly Katie wants your yoga practice in her classes to leave you feeling good in body, mind and soul.

Off the yoga mat, now living in Cornwall she’s a foodie with a passion for travel. Loving to spend time at the beach, you can find her sat on the dunes with a coffee and collecting sea shells with her little daughter.
